• A booking is considered confirmed only after payment confirmation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative charges.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the tour departure date.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 1 business day after approval.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must provide accurate and complete information during booking.
• Guests are responsible for their behavior throughout the trip.
• Any damage caused to vehicles, property, or equipment will be charged to the responsible guest.

5. Travel Rules

• Scheduled timings for pickup, drop-off, and activities must be strictly followed.
• Illegal activities, harassment, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
• Shyok Adventure reserves the right to remove any participant violating rules without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, branding, website design, images, and materials used by Shyok Adventure are protected by copyright laws and remain the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shyok Adventure is not responsible for:

• Personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to belongings during tours.
• Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

All participants join tours at their own risk.

Your personal information is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy. We ensure your data is kept secure and is not shared without consent, except where required by law.
